- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
