What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Accept customer drop-off orders and process pickup orders
- Answer customer questions regarding services and pricing
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Tag and enter garment information into our computer system
- Rack completed orders onto the conveyor system
- Assist with processing cleaned garments, including hanging, assembly, and packaging
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
