Full-Time | Early Morning Schedule | Catering Production
Miles Table Catering is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, organized team member to help lead daily production from our South Philadelphia commissary kitchen.
This is more than a prep cook position. You'll help ensure our catering orders are produced accurately, on time, and to the quality our clients expect. You'll work alongside a team that values accountability, consistency, and pride in what we do.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily catering food production for drop-off and full-service events.
- Prepare menu items by following standardized recipes and production sheets.
- Help maintain inventory and communicate product needs before we run low.
- Ensure recipes, portions, and presentation remain consistent.
- Coach and support team members in following recipes and production standards.
- Organize and package catering orders accurately.
- Coordinate completion times with our delivery team so every order leaves on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Help create an efficient, positive, team-first work environment.

Schedule
- Full-time
- 5–6 days per week
- Some Sundays required
- Typical start time: 5:00 AM
- Early mornings with afternoon finish times
