Line Cook – Full Time (Afternoon/Evening)

We’re looking for a reliable line cook to join our team. Strong preference for Spanish-speaking candidates.
Pay & Growth
- Starting at $20/hour
- 4-week trial period
- After 4 weeks, opportunity for a 10% raise based on performance benchmarks
- Additional pay increases based on weekend availability
Schedule
- Full-time, 6 days preferred
- Monday–Friday: approx. 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: brunch availability required
- Weekend shifts can increase base pay
Responsibilities
- Set up and prep station according to station plan
- Execute dishes consistently to spec
- Maintain and take inventory of your station
- Work clean and organized
- Clean station and floors as part of the team at end of the shift
What We’re Looking For
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Ability to work clean, fast, and consistently
- Weekend availability is a must
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
