Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and experienced Dog Groomer to join our team. Must have at least 4 years of grooming experience in a salon setting. Must be able to work at least two weekend days (Friday-Sunday).
Responsibilities
- Perform grooming services including full grooms, bathing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs.
- Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
- Handle dogs safely and effectively during grooming sessions, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets’ needs and grooming options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow within the grooming salon.
Requirements
- Must be able to work at least two weekend days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
- Must have an experience in grooming dogs in a salon setting.
- Ability to work with a small team, as well as autonomously, in an often high paced environment.
- Must be familiar with performing breed cuts for most breeds and sizes.
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with pet owners.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or equipment.
- Passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing high-quality pet care services.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
