We are hiring an Entry Level Composite Production Worker to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as learn how to make a variety of products from composites. Through our in-house training program you will be trained in a variety of skills and earn pay increases with each skill learned.

- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Enter our in-house training program, the more you learn the more you earn
- Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
- Make a variety of composite products
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- No previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
- Eager to learn new skills
- Good work ethic
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
