Are you an experienced structural steel detailing professional ready to step into a leadership role? We are looking for a driven and technically strong Assistant Manager / Manager – Projects to lead and deliver large-scale commercial, residential, and industrial steel detailing projects from initiation to completion.
🔧 What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end management of large-scale structural steel detailing projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
- Plan, monitor, and control project milestones to ensure on-time, quality delivery
- Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, fabricators, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with AISC, OSHA, IBC, and applicable statutory standards
- Oversee quality assurance, technical reviews, resource planning, risk management, and project reporting
- Manage RFIs, revisions, client deliverables, and schedule-driven execution across multiple projects
✅ What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in AISC structural steel detailing projects (commercial, residential & industrial)
- 2–3 years in project management, technical checking, and client coordination
- Working knowledge of OSHA, IBC, and construction statutory standards
- Proficiency in 3D steel detailing tools and project coordination software (Bluebeam preferred)
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and resource management
- Ability to interpret structural/architectural drawings, connection design, and fabrication standards
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and technical correspondence
- Experience managing offshore/onshore AISC projects is a strong plus
- PMP certification is a valued advantage
🎓 Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
