We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Truck Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is primarily focused on moving and parking large box trucks and tractors throughout the day — if you are not comfortable driving large trucks, please do not apply. The ideal candidate will also bring strong hospitality and customer service skills, helping ensure our dealership provides an exceptional guest experience while keeping the lot organized and clean.
MUST be able to drive all makes and models of trucks, including manual transmission. Previous truck driving experience is required — no exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Park and retrieve box trucks and tractors efficiently, ensuring the safety of all vehicles on the lot (this is the core function of the role)
- Maintain an accurate spreadsheet log of all vehicles parked in the lot, including location and status
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance, demonstrating strong guest service skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including washing vehicles as needed
- Assist with truck delivery and complete proper documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding vehicle status and customer needs
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed to support dealership operations
- Operate manual transmission vehicles as required
Requirements

- Must be able to drive box trucks and tractors, including manual transmission
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience in truck valet parking or as a delivery driver is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with diverse clientele
