Responsibilities:
- Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures, including adjustments and bonding
- Take and process digital X-rays (NJ X-ray license required)
- Utilize orthodontic treatment planning (TP) experience to support patient care
- Prepare and maintain clinical areas and sterilization protocols
- Provide excellent patient communication and education
- Keep the office running smoothly in a high-energy, team-oriented setting
Requirements:
- NJ Dental Radiology (X-ray) License – REQUIRED
- Orthodontic assisting experience with treatment planning (TP) skills
- Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliability and professionalism
