Administrative & Operations Assistant
Full-Time | In-Person | Greenwood Village, CO | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Mile High Multilingual Services (MHMS) has been bridging language barriers in Colorado and beyond since 2004. We provide professional interpretation and translation services in medical, legal, educational, and business settings — work that directly impacts individuals who depend on clear, accurate communication during the most important moments of their lives.

The Administrative & Operations Assistant is a foundational role on our team. You will support the daily business functions that keep MHMS running — from coordinating service requests and maintaining accurate records to communicating with clients and helping our leadership team stay organized. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who takes ownership of their work and brings professionalism and follow-through to everything they do.
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism
• Assist with interpreter and translator scheduling and assignment coordination
• Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and quality
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate incoming service requests and update job details in our system
• Assist with quality assurance procedures, file organization, and compliance documentation
• Manage supplies, vendor communication, and office logistics
• Provide administrative support to leadership, including follow-up and project assistance
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
• 2–4 years of administrative or operations experience (language services industry is a plus, but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working with MS Office Suite, CRM, or scheduling software; willing to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — you do not need to be micromanaged
• A team player who is also comfortable working independently

Employment is contingent upon:

Pay Range: $25.00–$28.00 per hour ($52,000–$58,000 annually).
