Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Location: 100% In-Person (No remote option) - Greenwood Village, CO
Mile High Multilingual Services, Inc. supports major clients with interpretation and translation services and relies on high-performing coordination and operational systems to deliver excellent service daily.
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth daily department operations, supporting staff performance, and maintaining a high level of service, organization, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent people skills, HR/supervisory capability, and the ability to proactively solve problems and improve processes. The Supervisor partners closely with scheduling/coordination staff and leadership to ensure consistent coverage, responsiveness, and quality outcomes.
Team Leadership & Department Oversight
- Lead daily operations for an administrative/coordination department; set priorities, monitor workflow, and ensure service standards are met.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members; provide training and performance feedback.
- Maintain a positive, accountable culture built on professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.
Hiring, HR Support & Staffing
- Support recruiting, hiring coordination, onboarding, and staff development (including scheduling/coordination roles).
- Help enforce policies, documentation standards, and workplace expectations; escalate issues appropriately.
Operational Excellence & Quality Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements (“think outside the box”) while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Track operational tasks, ensure follow-through, and maintain organized records and reporting as needed.
Compliance, Clearances, and Professional Standards
- Ensure adherence to required clearances and eligibility standards (where applicable) and coordinate documentation processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment supporting sensitive client work.
Systems & Technology
- Use Mac and Windows confidently; work across multiple applications/systems to keep operations organized and responsive.
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 3 years of experience in operations, office/department supervision, HR support, or similar leadership role
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to prioritize under pressure
- HR experience (basic employee relations, onboarding, documentation, professionalism standards)
- Tech proficiency on Mac and Windows; comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Proven ability to work independently, be proactive, and exercise good judgment

- Pay Range: $29.00 to $34.00 (required to publish in CO postings)
