Teaching Schedule
Day, Evening and/or Weekends
Responsibilities
- Supervise students in clinical settings such as hospitals, long-term care, OB, or pediatrics
- Provide real-time coaching, mentorship, and skill-building support
- Ensure students meet learning outcomes, safety standards, and professionalism requirements
- Collaborate with the nursing education team to monitor student progress and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution, or an associate's degree seeking a bachelor's degree in nursing
- Active, unencumbered New York RN license
- Experience in a variety of clinical areas (preferably 2 years)
- Current experience in acute care, OB, pediatrics, or long-term care strongly preferred
- CPR certification required
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel to clinical sites required)
Pay: $55.00 per hour
