We are looking for people who are strong in the field of home remodeling and who are willing to supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field. Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
We specialize in outdoor construction projects such as Awnings, Windows, Doors, Siding, Deck and Enclosures. You will lead a wide variety of residential construction jobs some may be new to you, but we will provide training for the ones you are not familiar with.
In this position, you will be crucial in overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. Your ability to effectively supervise teams, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality control will contribute to the project's overall success. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for construction management, we invite you on to the team.

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
Pay: A foreman will be subject to the same hourly bumps as an installer. When an installer can demonstrate that they are a foreman in one or all 8 subjects they will get a dump.
The way to demonstrate that you are a foreman in a subject is that you can lead a crew in that subject 5 times without issues & in an efficient timeframe.

EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Fundamentals. Ability to type and use a mouse. Basic operations in email and internet navigation.
