Milacron is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Batavia, OH.
The Warehouse Associate’s responsibility is to receive, input, sort, load and unload products as well as perform various warehouse and receiving activities. This position receives shipments and fulfills orders, keeps track of inventory, ships orders to manufacturing, and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and receiving space.

- 2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm, with training to be completed on 1st Shift, 7am-3pm.
- Load large machinery utilizing overhead cranes and other fork truck equipment.
- Complete daily equipment inspections sheets prior to using.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, crate, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
- Prepare machines for shipments by completing verification checklist.
- Organize stocks and maintain machine inventory.
- Daily use of overhead cranes to load and unload large inventory.
- Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document any instances
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
- Receive, unload and put away large incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing and receiving procedures.
- Keep shipping and receiving clean and organized daily.
- Operates forklifts and heavy machinery needed to transport large items around the plant.
- Delivers orders to production.
- Addresses and resolves any shipment or delivery errors.
- Updates management or supervisor on the status of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Proven experience in Shipping/ rigging is a plus.
- Demonstrates ability to operate heavy machinery responsibly.
- Must be a Team player with organizational skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- High school education or equivalent.
