Milacron is looking for a Screw Inspector to join our team in Mount Orab, OH! The Screw Inspector inspects Cross-head/Die parts following detail drawings, layouts, and other written and verbal specifications for quality and compliance.

Work You’ll Do
- Inspect and Tooling detail parts
- Perform packaging and shipping duties
- Conducts final part inspections
- Assist with in-process inspections
- Complete and maintain quality charts/records for management
- Communicates directly with team members to resolve quality issues
- Train/guide associates, sales, Engineering and customers
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, thread & plug gages, height gage, optical comparator, knowledge of CMM is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Working knowledge of E-1 (JD Edwards) is preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word is preferred
- Have extensive knowledge of OSS and option requirements
- Working knowledge of OSHA machine safety signs
- Associates degree in machining or engineering; or 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
