Resolves technical issues and effectively escalates team issues and helps others do the same.

Essential/Key Functions
- Works independently to solve technical problems and deliver engineering solutions
- Understand requirements and converts requirements into engineering work products
- Provide guidance to less-experienced engineers
- Respond to requests from Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and other functional groups
- Demonstrates Milacron values
- Takes full accountability of personal work
- Sets priorities for workflow
- Develops and proposes solutions to difficult problems
- 3-5 Years of Progressive Engineering experience
- BS Engineering or equivalent combination of education/experience/training plus additional specialized training related to the position
- General knowledge on multiple subsystems
- General knowledge of cross-functional processes
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Ability to use a number of collaboration tools such as team-based document control, video conferencing, scheduling meetings, conference calls, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with sound decision making based on structured data analysis
- Multi-disciplined Systems engineering background preferred.
