Work You’ll Do
- Lead global FP&A activities including monthly variance analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual operating plan, and long‑range strategic planning
- Partner with senior leadership to influence business strategy through data‑driven financial insights
- Develop and own advanced financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning
- Lead financial due diligence and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
- Deliver executive‑level and board‑ready financial reporting tied to operating performance and strategic initiatives
Must have:
- 10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership in a global organization
- Strong expertise in advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and valuation
- Experience supporting or leading M&A due diligence and integration
- Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA, CPA, or CMA
- Experience improving FP&A processes, BI utilization, or financial systems
- Prior exposure to executive and board‑level financial presentations
