At this time, we are not looking for high school students who are only available during the summer or weekends. We are seeking dependable team members with consistent, year-round availability who are interested in growing with our café.

We are a fast-paced café, especially during weekends and lunch service. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, can multitask efficiently, and remains calm and friendly during busy rushes. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and love interacting with people, you'll fit right in.
Position Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see. You'll prepare coffee and beverages, assist customers, keep the café clean and stocked, and help ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.
This position requires someone who can multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude throughout busy shifts.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, smoothies, refreshers, and other beverages according to recipes.
- Take customer orders using our POS system.
- Package bakery items
- Keep the front counter, dining room, and beverage stations clean and stocked.
- Bus and wipe tables throughout the day.
- Restock cups, lids, syrups, milk, and other front-of-house supplies.
- Collect trash from the dining room and bathrooms at the end of the day.
- Mop the dining room and bathrooms at the end of the day.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- Help wherever needed to ensure the café runs efficiently.

- Previous barista or restaurant experience is preferred but not required - we're happy to train the right person.
