We are seeking a reliable, full-time MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team. In this role you will weld mild steel, fabricate, fit, and finish components while maintaining a safe and organized shop environment.
Responsibilities
- MIG weld mild steel using .045 metal-core and other wire
- Grind, fabricate, jig, prep, and plasma cut where needed
- Read CAD drawings
- Measure, inspect, and finish your work accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate forklift as needed
- Follow all safety standards and use PPE
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to pass a welding test during the interview
- Experience reading CAD drawings
- Knowledge of welding and fabrication tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Pass pre-employment and random drug screens
- Forklift experience preferred
Details
Full-time employees only, 40 hours per week with potential for overtime
Starts at $20/hr DOE
