Warranty Coordinator
Location: Orlando, FL

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, trade partners, and our internal construction team. This role combines customer service, administrative coordination, and field service management to ensure homeowners receive prompt, professional resolution to warranty-related concerns.
The ideal candidate has experience in residential construction, warranty coordination, or construction customer service, is comfortable working both in the office and in the field, and can perform minor handyman-level repairs when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
Homeowner Relations
· Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners after closing.
· Respond to homeowner inquiries, service requests, and warranty questions in a timely and professional manner.
· Educate homeowners on warranty coverage, maintenance expectations, and service procedures.
· Conduct homeowner satisfaction check-ins and ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
· Manage homeowner satisfaction surveys, track responses, and report feedback trends to leadership.
Warranty Service Coordination
· Receive, log, and track warranty service requests through the company’s service management system.
· Conduct field inspections of warranty claims to assess issues and determine appropriate next steps.
· Schedule and coordinate service work with subcontractors, vendors, and field technicians.
· Ensure service requests are completed within established timelines and meet quality standards.
· Follow up with homeowners to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
Field Support & Minor Repairs
· Perform light handyman repairs when appropriate, including door adjustments, minor drywall repair, caulking, paint touch-ups, and hardware adjustments.
· Identify issues that require trade partner involvement and coordinate the appropriate service response.
· Monitor recurring warranty issues and escalate trends to construction leadership.
Team Collaboration
· Partner with construction, sales, and design teams to ensure smooth homeowner transitions and aligned expectations.
· Support homeowner orientations, final walkthroughs, and home delivery processes.
· Provide homeowner feedback to help improve construction quality and internal processes.
Qualifications
· 3 years of experience in residential construction, warranty coordination, or construction customer service.
· Strong knowledge of homebuilding processes, materials, and finishes, preferably in luxury or high-end homes.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
· Experience using construction management or warranty service software is preferred.
· Basic handyman or carpentry skills required.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
