This full-time Residential Property Manager role is an on-site position based in Louisville, KY. The Property Manager will oversee the daily management of residential rental properties, coordinate with tenants, manage leases and lease administration, and ensure properties remain in good condition. Responsibilities include addressing tenant inquiries, handling property maintenance requests, managing vendor relationships, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
