Responsibilities
- Operate paint sprayers, rollers, and brushes to apply paint accurately and efficiently on residential surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality.
- Use roller painting techniques to achieve smooth, even coats on walls and ceilings.
- Apply paint with brushes for detailed work or touch-ups as needed.
- Communicate professionally with customers, clearly explaining the work being performed and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Observe all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the job while delivering valued quality service to clients.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential interior and exterior painting is required.
