Responsibilities
- Apply paints, primers, stains, and specialty coatings to commercial construction projects.
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and cleaning.
- Operate airless sprayers, rollers, brushes, and related painting equipment.
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production schedules.
- Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with material handling, equipment maintenance, and jobsite setup.
- Safely operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, ladders, and scaffolding when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial painting experience preferred.
- Experience with brushing, rolling, spraying, and surface preparation.
- Experience working on active commercial construction sites.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Current OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred.
- Current aerial lift/scissor lift certification preferred.
- Experience working from man lifts, boom lifts, and scaffolding.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and comply with customer jobsite requirements.

Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work from ladders and lifts throughout the day.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely work at heights and on active construction sites.
