Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Landscape/Hardscape Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of landscape and hardscape projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize advanced tools and techniques, and contribute to creating beautiful, durable landscapes.
Duties
- Installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces
- Landscape installation including grading, planting, mulch, and edging
- Operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors
- Reading site layouts and following project plans
- Working efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site
Requirements
- Previous landscape and/or hardscape experience required
- Experience with paver and retaining wall installation preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Equipment operation experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Some seasonal overtime may be required
