Requirements:
- Experience with brick and hardscape installation.
- Experience in landscape construction & installation.
- Knowledge of plant materials.
- Maintain a clean job site, orderly and stocked tool trailer.
- Lead and instruct the team to produce an excellent and profitable product.
- Teach and train team members to ensure proper procedures, processes, and quality of work are followed and achieved.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Forecast equipment, labor, and material needs to ensure efficient production.
- Present the company’s best interest, and maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities and without supervision.
- Direct, oversee and participate in work performed by your team. This is a very hands-on position and requires this person to perform any task they would ask their team to do. You will be expected to work alongside them.
- Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.
- Complying with company safety policy at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Chauffeur’s license or ability to obtain one.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be professional in appearance and actions.
- 1-3 years of landscape/hardscape installation experience preferred.
- Experience with mini excavators, small loaders, and skid steer.
Compensation:
- Pay: $18 - 31 per hour depending on experience
- Bi-weekly pay and Holiday Pay
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
