Position Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and duct systems
- Lead installation projects from start to finish while maintaining company quality standards
- Train, mentor, and support installation team members on best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills
- Review job specifications, blueprints, and installation plans before project execution
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within established labor budgets
- Perform equipment start-up, commissioning, testing, and system verification
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners, builders, and internal team members
- Complete job documentation, job packets, change orders, and project reporting accurately
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement effective solutions in the field
- Maintain a professional jobsite and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience required
- Strong experience installing boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and duct systems
- EPA Certification required
- Universal Refrigeration Certification preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage installation projects from start to completion
- NATE Certification preferred but not required
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement
