ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are searching for a competitive person who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an insurance representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting insurance policies that meet their needs. You will learn to evaluate clients' requirements, explain coverage options, and support the sales process under the guidance of experienced agents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients in understanding various insurance products including life, health, auto, and property insurance
- Assess clients’ insurance needs by gathering relevant information
- Provide quotes and explain policy options clearly to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Participate in training programs to build product knowledge and sales skills
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses (company will provide support)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
