Our primary focus is working with Combined Insurance, Chubb benefits and the Chubb Insurance Group.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs, leveraging negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
• Manage retail sales channels by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and support to retail partners.
• Conduct analysis of market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Handle sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records, and tracking sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis techniques to evaluate performance data effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance sales, benefits administration, or HIPAA regulations is a plus for roles involving health-related products or services.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
