Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet goals to build your fast growing team.
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide consultative support on talent acquisition best practices.
- Manage Combined Insurance initiatives through social media management and outreach campaigns to attract diverse candidate pools.
- Oversee internal recruiting efforts, including employee referrals and succession planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist in employee evaluation processes to promote retention and engagement.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness; continuously refine sourcing strategies based on data insights.
- Stay current on industry trends, HR sourcing techniques, and legal requirements to ensure best practices in recruiting are maintained.

Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in sales recruiting across various positions.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance related to hiring practices across different jurisdictions.
- Experience in campus recruitment programs and building talent pipelines from educational institutions.
- Skilled in relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, external agencies, and community partners.
- Ability to conduct effective interviewing techniques including behavioral-based interviews and competency assessments.
- Strong research skills for market analysis and lead generation efforts to identify emerging talent pools.
