Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs, leveraging negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Manage retail sales channels by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and support to retail partners.
- Conduct analysis of market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Handle sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records, and tracking sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly preferred.
