The Role
We are seeking a skilled Chevrolet Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our ideal candidate is a diagnostic expert who takes pride in "fixing it right the first time."
Key Responsibilities

Expert Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions with accuracy, utilizing advanced technical knowledge and dealership/factory standards.

Efficiency & Quality: Complete work orders promptly while ensuring all repairs meet safety and performance benchmarks.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all service and maintenance work, including PA State Inspection records.

Safety & Compliance: Safely utilize shop tools and equipment; maintain a clean, orderly work area in compliance with OSHA standards.

Warranty Management: Adhere to manufacturer procedures for tagging and returning warranty parts.

Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of automotive tech by attending company-sponsored training and staying current on all service bulletins.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (Chevrolet/GM experience preferred).

Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.

Commitment to safety and detailed documentation.

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
Technical Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical & Technical: Equipment maintenance, reporting research results, and proficiency with a wide variety of service-related tools.

Compliance & Safety: Valid Driver’s License; PA State and Emission Licenses; Safety Management; Quality Focus.

Communication: Strong oral and written communication; technical reporting; collaborative problem solving.

Physical Stamina: Able to lift 75 lbs., work in temperature extremes/fume environments, and maintain productivity during long periods of standing or bending.
