What You'll Do

• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
• Perform tire replacements and repairs
• Assist with minor repairs
• Communicate with service advisors regarding additional repair needs
• Maintain a clean, organized work stall
• Keep customers' vehicles clean and well cared for
• Work alongside experienced technicians to develop advanced skills
• Grow toward becoming a Certified Toyota Technician and ASE Certified Technician
  
  

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair & maintenance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to quickly identify issues and follow repair procedures
• Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and learning new technology
• Solid math, reading, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
