Pay & Bonuses
- Rate: $25 - $35/hour
- Performance Bonuses: Available after a probationary period

Key Job Requirements
- Equipment Pro: Skilled operation of skid steers, mini-excavators, and dump trucks.
- Technical Skills: Precision concrete cutting (slab saws, wall saws).
- Leadership: Manage site flow and work right alongside the team.
Safety & Driving
- 100% Drug-Free: Strict heavy equipment safety policy.
- Clean Record: Valid driver’s license required.
- CDL Preferred: Class A or B preferred (training offered!).
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
