Duties
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation within the agency’s CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting clients with claims or policy adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual outreach when applicable.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards when handling sensitive client information and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to clearly convey policy benefits and terms.
