Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drain CleaningTechnician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Drain issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients
Responsibilities:
- Perform drain clearing, jetting, minor plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot drain clearing issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and installations, and communicate with clients to ensure that they understand the work that needs to be done.
- Identify and repair leaks and blockages in plumbing systems.
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment, including drain snakes, pipe cutters, and wrenches.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring that all work is completed to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including billing, inventory, and project documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, and ensure that all team members are trained on safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in drain clearing, minor plumbing repair and installation.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, as well as safety procedures and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Own tools are preferred but not mandatory.
Job Requirements:
- Service Titan (Preferred)
- Good customer service, organization and communication skills
- The ability to use a computer/smartphone/iPad for communication, billing and job tracking
- Ability to maintain a disciplined schedule to handle a high volume of service calls.
- 2 year’s experience in the field.
- This position is subject to drug testing and background check.
