YOUR LIFE AS A WATER, SEWER, AND STORM DRAIN FOREMAN
This full-time position typically works a reliable schedule, a daily start time of 7 am, and an average of 40 hours per week.
In this commercial excavation position, you play an important part in the smooth operation of our construction team. As someone who is good at multitasking, you effectively oversee the projects going on at multiple job sites. You lead the team through tasks involving water, sewage, and storm drains to help make sure the work is done correctly. Additionally, you operate all job site equipment which provides hands-on learning for apprentices or other team members. With exceptional follow-up skills, you manage each project until everything is completed according to company standards.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2 years of experience in excavation and earthwork
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to read grade stakes and shoot grades
- Completion of trench safety and confined space training
- Good driving record
