Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Columbia, SC.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage daily clinic schedules across clients and staff
• Oversee attendance tracking and PTO coordination
• Serve as the first point of contact for families (in-person, phone, and email)
• Support intake coordination and administrative workflows
• Assist with HR-related tasks including onboarding support and staff documentation
• Maintain organized systems for communication, scheduling, and records
• Collaborate closely with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, foster relationships, and collaborate effectively with both families and team members
• Understanding of trauma-responsive and neurodiversity-affirming practices, with the ability to reflect these values in daily interactions
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Professional, warm, and clear communication style across in-person, phone, and written interactions
• Experience in administrative support, scheduling, healthcare, or clinic-based settings preferred
• High level of accountability, reliability, and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment supporting both operational and people-focused needs
