At Mighty Fine, we’re more than a cafe — we’re a place where delicious food, coffee & drinks, and warm hospitality come together. We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable people to join our team at least 20 hours a week.
Open positions:
- Front counter/barista staff and servers comfortable making cocktails. Preference given to applicants available day time shifts.
- Bartenders for our outdoor beer garden and full bar. Availability must include Thursday-Sunday between 11 am and 9:30 pm. Must be available until September 15th.

Based in the village of Huntington, we provide friendly counter service 8 am- 8 pm 7 days a week. Our offerings include craft coffee and cocktails, delicious pies, and a casual but popular menu of sandwiches and salads. Our cafe will also host private parties, wine tastings and summer pub evenings in our lovely backyard.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a warm, genuine smile
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and deliver drinks and food orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized dining area
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Work collaboratively with FOH and kitchen staff
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy café environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual and able to meet our gold standard processes
- An interest in food, coffee, wine, beers and cocktails
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (but not required — we’re happy to train the right person)
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekday daytime shifts and weekends
