No Experience Necessary - Starting Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability.)

Team Member Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak enthusiastically, always say "My Pleasure"
• Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service and make emotional connections with guests
• Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming environment for guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
