Job requirements:

• Own the complete sales cycle from roof inspection through signed contract
• Willing and able to climb roofs to conduct thorough inspections, non-negotiable
• Comfortable working outdoors, in the field, and traveling between appointments
• Availability for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in-office training sessions, Saturday mornings as needed
• Strong communicator who earns homeowner trust naturally
• Saturday morning and evening availability for ride along with the team that you build

All of the following will be provided:

• Paid training program using a world class curriculum
• Pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, no cold calling, no door knocking
• Wrapped company truck, gas fully covered
• Flexible schedule and Paid Time Off
• A trained team and system already running, nothing to build from scratch

This is a $120,000 to $150,000-plus position, up to $300,000 for high performers, with unlimited growth potential.
