What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer communications.
- Follow up on leads and assist the sales team in tracking prospects.
- Provide customers with information about roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.
- Ensure a smooth experience for homeowners from first call to project completion.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support overall office operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and highly coachable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy helping others.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer programs/CRM systems.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
