And Kansas City has seen plenty of storm activity. There are homeowners who need help and opportunities for salespeople willing to go find them. Your Job: Find Opportunities. Help Homeowners. Close Business. You'll work with homeowners on roofing and exterior projects, including both company-generated opportunities and business you create yourself.

You'll:

• Meet with homeowners and inspect properties for exterior damage
• Educate customers about roofing and exterior solutions
• Help homeowners understand the insurance claims process when applicable
• Present solutions and close projects
• Work closely with our production team to create a smooth customer experience
• Maintain your pipeline and customer information in our CRM
• Follow up consistently and build referral relationships
• Network and prospect within your territory
• Self-generate business in addition to working provided leads

We're going to support you—but we're not looking for someone who wants to sit around waiting for the next lead. The people who make the most money here create opportunities.

Roofing Experience? Great. Great at Sales? Let's Talk. Roofing, siding, gutter or construction sales experience is certainly valuable, but it's not the only way to succeed here.

We're also interested in proven salespeople from industries such as:

• Windows and doors
• HVAC

• Pest control
• Other in-home or consultative sales environments

If you know how to communicate with homeowners, build trust, follow up and close business, we can teach you the roofing side.
