Role Description
The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Account Manager in day-to-day client communication and project management. This role plays a critical part in keeping timelines and deliverables on track while fostering strong client relationships. You’ll serve as a bridge between clients and our internal creative, digital, and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly. This position is a launching pad for future account management opportunities.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Managing daily task and project timelines while coordinating deliverables between clients and internal teams.
- Supporting and maintaining positive client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
- Attending video shoots to conduct on-camera interviews and coordinating b-roll footage with client and video department.
- Ensuring every project detail is tracked, organized, and delivered on time.
- Address day-to-day issues and challenges that may arise during the course of projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and ensuring that action items are communicated and executed
- Help prepare meeting agendas and materials
- Handle administrative tasks related to account management, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing client files
Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to work in a team environment
- Analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve and think creatively to generate solutions
- Experience in account management and/or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and/or other project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
This job requires you to work onsite at Mighty 8th during normal business hours M-F. We are located in historic Buford, Georgia.
