Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work with business and IT teams in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting client projects. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow or restart their career in the US IT market.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD)
Work in Agile environment managing User Stories, Backlogs, and Sprints (Jira)
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL/Excel
Support UAT and coordinate with QA and technical teams
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
Experience or knowledge in Business Analysis / Data Analysis / QA
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Excel, SQL, and Power BI (preferred)
Strong communication and analytical skills
