Detailed Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking domain.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Determine business objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating requirements.
- Prepare Detailed Requirement Specifications (DRS) and conduct peer reviews and walkthroughs.
- Understand current and future system architecture, including enhancements and integrations.
- Support integration of vendor products into the organization’s ecosystem.
- Collaborate with multiple teams (business, development, QA, vendors) to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.
- Work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing relevant artifacts (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.).
- Assist in testing phases, including UAT support and validation of business requirements.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and spreadsheets to support business decisions.
- Strong experience in the banking domain (mandatory).
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis.
- Experience with core banking systems (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with web-based systems and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data analysis.
- Experience supporting testing and UAT activities.
