Are you the go-to person for organizing nights out, weekend plans, or unforgettable social events? Do you love bringing people together and curating good vibes? We’re looking for a creative, social, and organized Party Planner or Event Coordinator to help launch a brand-new social group in Tampa!
We’re building a vibrant community of people who want to connect, socialize, and make the most of life in Tampa — from weekend outings to midweek meetups. Your role will be to design and organize weekly events that bring our group together in fun, fresh, and welcoming ways.
- Plan and coordinate weekly events (happy hours, brunches, themed parties, pop-ups, etc.)
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and venue communication
- Work with local businesses, venues, and vendors for collaborations
- Bring creative ideas to the table to keep events exciting and inclusive
- Be present and lead events when needed (especially evenings and weekends)
- Have experience planning events or hosting group activities
- Are highly organized and communicative
- Know the Tampa area and its hotspots
- Are social, outgoing, and love building community
- Are available to work flexible hours, especially weekends
