Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escrow Processor. As an Escrow Processor, your responsibilities will include preparing documentation for escrow transactions, coordinating closings, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with clients, agents, and lenders to facilitate residential real estate transactions while delivering excellent customer service. Organization, attention to detail, and effective communication will be key to your success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with Closings and Escrow processes in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate and related procedures
- Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience for clients, agents, and lenders
- Notary certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based, detail-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Qualia escrow and title management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate or title processing are beneficial
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
