Wagner is hiring an Industrial Painter to apply high-quality coatings to metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet both visual and performance standards.

Position Details:

· Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

· $5/hour shift premium for 2nd shift

What You’ll Do

· Prepare metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, degreasing, inspection) 

· Set up and operate spray equipment and coating systems 

· Apply industrial coatings to meet quality and finish standards 

· Inspect parts and identify defects or inconsistencies 

· Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines 

· Ensure proper handling and storage of paints and materials 

· Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized 

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing painting 

· Strong understanding of coating application methods and equipment 

· Attention to detail and pride in finish quality 

· Ability to work independently and manage workflow 

· Basic math and measuring skills
