Pay: $20-$24 DOQ

1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday

2nd shift: 2:45pm-11:15pm Monday-Friday

Job Summary

The Electronic & Mechanical Assembler supports the Manufacturing Modules Department by performing electronic and mechanical assembly on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). This role includes assembly, touch-up, and rework while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Build cable assemblies requiring soldering, crimping, and wiring.
• Assemble frames and mechanical sub-assemblies using hardware.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, assembly layouts, and wiring schematics.
• Perform soldering touch-up and rework as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of electronic-mechanical assembly experience.
• Experience with PCBAs.
• Knowledge of IPC J-STD and IPC-A-610 standards.
