Description: Midwest Staffing is seeking an experienced individual skilled in setting up and operating CNC Press Brakes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read work orders or follow oral instructions to complete tasks.

• Efficiently set up machines and press brakes to maximize production.

• Operate press brakes with a focus on quality and productivity.

• Ensure all machines are set up to meet safety requirements.

• Accurately enter data into the company's data collection system.

• Train and direct machine operators as needed.

• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials and mark information on containers.

• Adhere to ISO 9001 procedures relevant to the job.

• Use dispatch display to determine and follow the company schedule for job setup.

• Identify, capture, and record work instructions to ensure proper and consistent job operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

• Ensure equipment is in good working order and report maintenance needs.

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
